2020 Advanced Placement Exam Sales/Registration

Monday, October 7 – Friday, October 25

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

** TASK #1: Register for AP Exams!

** TASK #2: Pay for Exams!

  • NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 2:30 pm, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2019.
    >> NO EXCEPTIONS <<
  • The cost per exam is $94 (Capstone Seminar & Capstone Research are $142 each). Students who currently qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch program will pay $25 for each exam purchased (Capstone Seminar & Capstone Research are $73 per exam). Application for F/R lunch program must be submitted & approved before registering for exams.
  • Payment for all exams can be made by credit card on the website at the time of registration.
    • NOTE: There will be a 4.16% service fee for each credit card purchase.
  • Payments in the form of exact cash or check (made payable to Clear Falls High School) must be delivered to the CFHS College Center.
  • Your registration will not be complete nor will your exams be ordered until full payment is received.
  • ALL payments must be received by the CFHS College Center no later than 2:30 pm, Friday, October 25. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If a student needs to purchase a Year-long or Fall semester AP course exam after October 25, the student must meet with Mrs. Bragg, Lead Counselor, in the Collge Center. The cost of purchasing an exam after this deadline will be an additional $40. 
  • Please be advised it is the responsibility of the student to confirm exam dates do not present a conflict (ie: two exams at the same time, UIL event, approved school function). Mrs. Bragg will work with you to find alternative testing options.
    • NOTE: Late testing incurs an additional fee per exam. See Mrs. Bragg, Lead Counselor, in the CFHS College Center for additional information.

REFUND INFORMATION

  • $49 of the exam fee is non-refundable if the test is canceled or not taken by the student ($89 is non-refundable if a late exam was purchased)
  • Full fee is non-refundable for fee-reduced exams.
  • Credit card transactions are non-refundable.
  • May 22 is the deadline to request a refund.

** TASK #3: Select your exam decision in your AP class portal!

  • Sign in to myap.collegeboard.org using your College Board student account login.
  • Once you are logged in, click on the Exam button.
  • Once you have registered AND paid for the exam, set your exam decision to YES in your My AP class section portal. This must be done for each exam purchased.
