Course Selection

Course Selection Information for the 2017-2018 School Year


 

FOR CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS:

All current 9th – 11th graders will receive their Course Selection materials on Wednesday, February 8 from their Social Studies teacher (core content teachers only – no elective). Students who do not have a core content Social Studies class or 1th grade students in USH Dual Credit will need to go by the College Center to pick up their materials.

All students will enter their course selection choices online from home through Skyward Student Access. Skyward Student Access will be available for students to enter their choices beginning Wednesday, February 8 at 5:00 pm through Monday, February 20. Students can enter their choices at any time during this time frame. Directions on how to enter course choices online are below. Students are still required to turn in their completed Course Selection Card. Course Selection cards are due back to their Social Studies teacher  no later than 2/21/17.

To assist you & your student in this process, the following attachments are provided below:

Counselors will be available during all lunches on Friday 2/10, Monday 2/13, and Tuesday 2/14 of this week to visit with students and answer questions.

FOR INCOMING 9TH GRADERS (Current 8th):

All current 8th graders zoned for Clear Falls High School will receive their Course Selection materials from their Intermediate campus on the dates the High School counselor visits their campus. High School counselors are visiting our feeder schools on the following dates:

  • Monday, 2/6 – Seabrook Intermediate
  • Tuesday, 2/7 – Bayside Intermediate
  • Thursday, 2/9 – League City Intermediate

  • Seabrook Intermediate – Tuesday, 2/14 @ 8:30 am
  • League City Intermediate – Wednesday, 2/15 @ 9:00 am
  • Bayside Intermediate – Thursday, 2/16 @ 9:00 am
